Is it a real country?

Have you met people who insist that Israel doesn't need America? Israel should just do what it wants and break the connection to America, that's what they claim.

So let's visit Hadassah hospital. What do you see on the walls there?

The walls are covered with plaques showing donations from chutz, most notably America. I'd say it's 95% America. 

You start to wonder if there'd be a hospital at all without donations. You wonder also, is Israel a real country? Is there another country on the planet that lives from donations that come from outside the country?
