I have a friend, an Anglo, who is the most harmless, mild guy that you'll ever meet. He has an autistic son who often acts up in public. Somebody called the police on them. As I have mentioned, calling the police on people is the national sport over here. The police arrested the father, shackled his hands and feet, and stuck him solitary confinement for two days.
Is this the country you want to live in? You call this coming home?
Fifty years in America and I knew only one Orthodox Jew who was ever arrested, and that's because he had a crazy ex-wife who would tell the police that he violated a totally unnecessary restraining order if he passed her by accident downtown. The police used to apologize to him before the arrest that they were forced to make. Ten years in Israel, and I know two-dozen men that have been arrested, and the arrests are violent and inhuman. One guy was locked in a cage for twenty four hours and not allowed to use the bathroom or eat. But RHS calls this a 'wonderful place to live.' I supposed he's never been arrested.
