The lovely light fixtures of Israel

You see this everywhere, in apartments, hallways, lobbies, schools. It's not lovely and uplifting. Is this really an OECD nation? That's only if you include military sales and expenditures. Maybe it's a bit better in Ramat Gan. But for religious people, the place is a dump.
