Welcome where?

From the Taub Center:
The chapter on Israel’s macroeconomy presents an economy at a highly sensitive point. Defense spending has risen sharply, public debt has increased, and civilian services are becoming more dependent on renewed economic growth. At the same time, long-standing structural challenges such as low labor productivity and high prices remain unresolved.

Public investment in health remains among the lowest in the OECD. Chronic shortages of doctors, nurses, hospital beds, and infrastructure are stretching the system thin, while inequality between those living in the Center of the country and the periphery persists.

From the OECD:
Israel has the second-most crowded classrooms among OECD countries, after Chile, according to a study by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) published Monday.
