They show cranes to give you the impression that geulah has come and that everyone is buying as if there are cranes all over Israel when just a few spots have them. His voice conveys excitement. He uses phrases like "dreams come true." Because he wears a yarmulka and has a long beard you trust him. But you are trusting a huckster. The whole thing is wild exaggeration. Even the view isn't great. Mostly it's a view of apartments, but they keep the camera moving so you can't determine that.
