In the frum area in Minneapolis, you get 2,542 square feet, with a driveway and a yard for $350,000, half the price. That's nearly three times the space for half the price in a region where you salary is 3x that of Israel.

Additionally, there's no military conscription in the USA and in Minnesota people are much more polite than in Israel.
