Not saying that young men in chutz aren't capable of this, but in my experience, such a lack of consdieration is more common in Israel.
The bench outside the bustop. This is supposed to be where people can sit while waiting for the bus, especially people with grey hair.
Here's the bench in the bus shelter, blocked by their electronic bicycle:
I didn't take a photo of the yeshiva bochurim who loaded the bench with their stuff, as they stood chatting with one another. I stood near them for at least 15 minutes, but nobody made a move to clear a bench.
